Effective May 1, 2015 our Return Policy has changed. All purchases made on or after May 1, 2015 will be subject to our new 30 day return policy. Any purchases made on or prior to April 30, 2015 will be subject to our previous 60 day return policy.
At every detail is important, and nothing is more important than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises you may return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and Returns
Standard Ground Ground shipping is FREE on all domestic orders. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Standard ground shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days from processing. 2-Day Air Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Next Day Arrives next day if order is placed by 12 PM ESTSee below for shipment processing times. Expedited Shipment processing times:
  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day
  • Order placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday

Please also feel free to call us toll free at 1.888.235.6132. International Return/Exchange Instructions: International customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RMA number. Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub. Returns sent without the RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount. Unfortunately, cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department from Borderfree will be subtracted from your refund total.  
Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return e-mail confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post. Unfortunately, cannot refund your original shipping fees. If you received a gift purchased from and need to make a return, go to and follow the simple instructions there.
We are unable to offer exchanges for orders during the return process. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
